I do own the oven from hell in our lake house in Wisconsin. I could easily fire clay pots and do the glazing in that machine. Jim did some calibrating today and determined it’s heating to 650 degrees. All dishes bakes at about 75 degrees over setting. Normal logic would move you to set the degrees down by 75 degrees but that’s a chumps move, this oven will just keep getting hotter until it’s pleased with itself. Always get your oven calibrated, you’ll be so much happier. Would never wish upon you a demon-possessed oven that needs an exorcism.
