Yesterday we had just dropped off Laura’s car for detailing. I was hankering for a real “Mexican Breakfast” having not had anything truly authentic since we left Santa Barbara back in June. We found Memo’s Kitchen was highly rated especially for their breakfasts, they were close so we stopped by. They had at least 12 different variations for Mexican breakfasts. We knew we would not be able to finish if we both ordered one so we told the waitress we would like to share the enchiladas and eggs. The kitchen beautifully divided it onto two plates and we were still unable to finish it all.
Everything was delicious. We have finally found a good Mexican restaurant and will definitely be back.
