Salt Fat Acid Heat

Just finished reading the first half of this book written by Samin Nosrat. This in a unique book about cooking. It is more like a meta cookbook because it talks about the underlying foundations of food and flavor.

Plus it has some really delicious sounding recipes in the back that I can’t wait to try!
