Český Krumlov an Undiscovered Jewel of a City

Friday we drove about an hour to visit this city in the Czech Republic. We tried but were unable to find a long-term rental near here, but in researching it, we heard it was unique. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site, like Stonehenge, Florence, Bath and many others. It was left in disrepair after the Communist rule, but has been lovingly restored and preserved. Having now been to both Prague and Český Krumlov, we actually prefer Krumlov. It is less touristy, even more picturesque and immanently walk-able. As you can see from the photos you pretty much can point your camera anywhere and get a great photo. We ate lunch a charming traditional Czech restaurant with a terrace right on the river.  Here is the link to their website. http://www.2marie.cz/
