In the warm weather, our cherry tomatoes are ripening at a lightning speed. Jim said he wanted some of the fresh tomatoes with pasta. We will be doing a light combination of peeled fresh tomatoes, garlic sauteed in olive oil, a bit of red pepper flakes, ground black pepper and al dente angel hair pasta. Tossed together and topped with a bit of fresh grated Parmesan cheese and another healthy grind of fresh black pepper. I’m German, Jim’s Scottish, but tonight we will be dining as Italians!
