Pork tenderloin is a terrific meat. It is tasty, lean and relatively inexpensive. We cook with it a lot. Because is is so lean, it is easy to dry it out. Keeping it moist can be done two ways: a quick sear or a low and slow braise with plenty of tasty braising liquid.
This one is a quick grilled meal. You can use your outdoor grill or use what we use: a grill pan. This only takes a few minutes to cook, so make sure that everything else is ready. Tonight we are serving with mashed potatoes and sauteed broccoli.
